Status register — no population figures. This register publishes the integrity
signals of the scheme: exact suspended and terminated counts, and the population rule.
The active population is defined by licence coupling — every legal entity holding an active licence to
communicate ratings is in the register, deliberately over-inclusive, so a communicating customer without
a register entry cannot occur. The size of the active population and trader identities are commercially
confidential; both are disclosed to the Conformity Assessment Body under engagement confidentiality.
Individual Assurance traders are listed by name only from certification onward, by their own express
confirmation (none yet: applicant pathway, not yet validated).
Machine-readable register
register.json — refreshed nightly from the CRM licence sync and signed
(Ed25519 over the canonical JSON without the signature field; sorted keys, no whitespace).
Verification key: register-signing.pub.
Status. Scheme register statuses (suspended/terminated) activate with certification;
pre-validation, the licence-coupled population is reported as operated. The Eaternity EOS pathway is an
applicant pathway, not yet validated.
